Description: Instructor Susan Ruchdeschel will introduce her Peer Coaching Method to teachers and explain how they can easily incorporate the technique into their classrooms. Susan has led workshops for elementary & middle school children at the Butterfield Library for the past year. The workshops are filled to capacity.
