Mindfulness: What's All the Fuss?

 The New York Times, Time Magazine, and 60 Minutes have all featured the practice of mindfulness in the last few years. Google and other major companies have included the technique in meetings. Hundreds of studies show engaging in the practice can cause changes in the brain resulting in less stress. Seasoned practitioners and teachers Ann Flanagan Petry, Mia Donovan, and Suja Thomas will discuss mindfulness and guide you through some exercises to help bring more peace into your lives.
