Learn everything you need to get started knitting. Brigitte Pieke of Klose Knit will help you start a skinny scarf project. Registration is required; register online or call 217/403-2070 by Sep. 12. Participants should bring size 13 needles and 100 yards of chunky yarn (2+ strands twisted together). A starter kit will also be available for purchase at the event (cost $11, cash or check).
