Learn how to make your photos come alive with art templates and other special effects. Bring your own photos, or borrow our camera and take some at the library. We'll meet in the library's TeenSpace, on the first floor. The program is offered June 16, July 21, and August 11; come to any or all sessions. Registration is required.
