Meet the Author: Molly MacRae

Molly MacRae Event Type: Adults
Date: 1/17/2013
Start Time: 7:00 PM
End Time: 8:00 PM
Description:
Enjoy a visit with the library's very own resident author, Molly MacRae. In her newest book, Last Wool and Testament, which starts a new series, she weaves together quirky characters, an interesting small-town setting, and a ghost with a mind of its own. Molly spent 20 years in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains of Upper East Tennessee, where she managed The Book Place, an independent bookstore (may it rest in peace, she says). Before the lure of books hooked her, she was curator of the history museum in Jonesborough, Tennessee's oldest town. MacRae lives with her family here in Champaign, where she connects children with books at the library.
