 Go green with your gardening by learning all about the benefits of composting, and how it supports the soil/food web and your overall organic gardening plan. Sarah Whipple presents an informative session on Composting and Organic Gardening Made Easy at the Bend Public Library on Saturday, April 10th from 1:00 - 2:30 p.m. Find out how to make compost, the components of compost and the different methods of making compost.

Master Gardener Sarah Whipple is co-author of 55 Myths, Tips, & Secrets: Bend’s Essential Guide to Landscaping. She is also Green Industry Certified and manages the Bend Pine Nursery.

The program is free and open to the public. It is part of the Spring Gardening Series at the Bend Public Library.
