Real Estate Broker Cheryl Clemans helps put the pieces together in an informative session on Home Buying Basics – Making the Purchase at the Bend Public Library on Saturday, March 29. Learn about writing offers that will be accepted, what earnest money is all about, the importance of the home inspection, contracts and more.

Cheryl Clemans is an independent real estate broker with over 10 years of experience in Central Oregon and recently received her certification as an international real estate property specialist. She continues to work with local clients purchasing or selling property and with buyers looking to purchase property in other countries.
