Buddy Wakefield is the two-time Individual World Poetry Slam Champion featured on NPR, the BBC, and HBO’s Def Poetry Jam. He has shared the stage with nearly every notable performance poet in the world in hundreds of venues around the globe, including Scotland’s Oran Mor, The Great Lawn in Central Park, San Quentin State Penitentiary, and House of Blues New Orleans. He will be reading from his latest collection, Gentleman Practice.
