In June, the Art Envy series will look at landscape art, and study the works of American artists Grant Wood, who painted "American Gothic" and David Hockney, who is famous for his sun-drenched paintings of California. Participants will enjoy a 20-minute presentation on the life and works of Wood and Hockney, and then get creative in a 30-minute drawing workshop led by Paula Bullwinkel. This discussion is free and open to the public and no registration is necessary. Supplies provided.
