COCC Professor of Humanities Terry Kruger will analyze the transformation of the vampire into a creature of cinema and television. He will look at the role of the vampire in various films and television works including, F.W. Murnau’s The Nosferatu, Todd Browning’s Dracula, Joel Schumacher’s The Lost Boys, Josh Whelan’s Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and conclude with Alan Ball’s True Blood. Free and open to the public.
