 Jeff Clawson, Pilot Plant/Brewery Manager and facutly member in the Department of Food Science and Technology delves into the ales produced in Belguim and the U.S. This presentation will give a brief overview of the Brewing Program at OSU then delve into similarities and differences in U.S. and Belgian Flanders style sour beers.
