“A brewer’s job is to combine ingredients and pursue fermentation,” from the Complete Joy of Homebrewing by Charlie Papazian. Tony DeBone has been brewing beer for six years and in that time has never done the same thing twice. But he’s learned a lot about what it takes to make good ale at home. Tony will talk about brewing your own beer in five gallon batches using supplies available locally and will provide an introduction to extract brewing vs. all grain.
