 Central Oregon Showcase Film Festival organizer Shannon Winegar presents the 2013 winning submissions and discusses the freedom of being creative through the medium of film. This year's festival, which is open to all ages, will be highlighting short film efforts of our youth in Central Oregon. Free and open to the public.
