The USA PATRIOT Act is an Act of Congress that was signed into law by President George W. Bush in 2001. Its title stands for "Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism Act of 2001". The Act generated a great deal of controversy, as well as claims that it violated the Fourth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

Join Attorneys Andrew Doyle and David Doyle for this discussion about the Fourth Amendment to the Constitution and the PATRIOT Act. They will address the pros and cons of the PATRIOT Act vis--vis the Fourth Amendment, and will provide time for Q&A.
