Join the Oregon Natural Desert Association for an introduction to one of the newest long-distance trails in the country: the Oregon Desert Trail. This 750-mile route traverses some stunning natural features in the high desert like the Hart Mountain National Antelope Refuge, Steens Mountain, and the Owyhee Canyonlands.
Library: Downtown Bend Public LibraryTrail Coordinator Renee Patrick will cover the basics of hitting the trail and will share some new resources that will help in planning your next adventure in the high desert.
