Event Type: Adult Program Age Group(s): Adult Date: 8/9/2018 Start Time: 6:00 PM End Time: 7:00 PM Description: Part 4: Satisfied but Wanting More
Library: Redmond Public LibraryIn part four we will explore strategies to wrap up our story. We will seek to not only end our screenplay but to leave the reader/audience satisfied while at the same time leaving them with many new questions, and wanting to re explore or re watch the film. This section attempts to show the difference between major plot holes and allowing the audience to want to understand the story deeper causing a desire to go back and look at the story multiple times. We will touch on sub-plot, layering, and hidden in plain sight story telling. We will have a recap of the course and encourage a mindfulness of the importance of intrigue and ensure that our story does a great job of giving closure, tying up loose ends, while still creating questions. Sign up for one or sign up for all four.
