Her books include “Unfamiliar Fishes”, “Assassination Vacation", and “Lafayette in the Somewhat United States”. She is a contributing editor for public radio's This American Life. She is also the voice of teenage superhero Violet Parr in Pixar Animation Studios' The Incredibles.
