 Legal Aid workshop: landlord-tenant law.

Lawyers from Legal Aid Services of Central Oregon talk about current Oregon landlord-tenant law. Learn about tenants’ rights and responsibilities in Oregon. This presentation will cover repairs, evictions, discrimination, accessing housing, and security deposits. Additionally, the presenters will address several of the exciting new laws protecting tenants, including: new limits on no cause eviction and eviction expungement. Do you have an eviction on your record that you could expunge and/or is your tenancy protected by the new law? Come find out.

This is a general workshop, presenters are unable to answer questions about specific cases.

Free, but space is limited and registration is requested.
