Chef John Butera has been a cheese steward at Market of Choice since 2016. Prior to moving to Bend, John was the Director of Dining Services for the Academy Group in Boulder, Colorado and served as managing Chef Instructor for Work Options for Women, an American Culinary Federation Education program based in Denver.
