Welcome to the 2013 Texas Summer Reading Club!
Registration will begin on June 3 and continue through August 3, 2013
Rewards will be given out beginning June 10, 2013
To begin participating, click on the "Sign Me Up" button(even if you have registered in previous years.)
First-time participants will fill out the information on the registration form.
If you have registered in previous years, click on the "Signed Up Before" button at the top of the registration form and update your registration information.
If you are registering for more than one child, take advantage of the "Recall" button on the registration confirmation page.
The Texas Summer Reading Club is free to children of all ages.
This year's theme is:
Dig Into Reading!
The Summer Reading Club, "Read by the Book/Hour" program is for children who would like to participate by counting the number of books and/or hours they read. This program is also for anyone who has books read to them.
Participants are responsible for logging their own titles or hours online. Please record titles of books or hours on your online reading log before coming to the library to collect rewards.
One set of rewards per child will be given out per summer.
Rewards must be claimed at the "primary library of use" selected at the time of online registration.
Rewards include:
5 books/hours - Bookmark
10 books/hours - Certificate
15 books/hours - Pencil
20 books/hours - Reading Trophy
The last day to pick up rewards is
August 31, 2013
