Welcome to the Georgetown Public Library's Children's Summer Reading Program. The program runs June 4 - July 29, 2009. Kids choose their own reading goal for the summer. Prizes will be given for every 25 books read or every 10 hours of reading for a maximum of five prizes.

Children reading picture books or easy fiction are encouraged to keep track of the number of books read. Older kids reading chapter books are encouraged to keep track of the number of hours spent reading.

Reviews

Title: Dead Girl Walking
Author: Linda Joy Singleton
What you thought: It wasn't what I thoght it would be ,but, I ended up liking it better like that. I thought it was really unpredictible. When I was half way finished reading it I thought I was really at the end. Over all it was great, now I want to read the second one where she's stuck in Eli's sisters body.
