The Young Readers (YR) department staff and volunteers will help your preschool to Grade 5 children engage in some cool new STEAM crafts from January to May 2015! STEAM means Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics. It's all about creating, building, innovating and learning. Plus it supports early literacy and school succcess! The September YR Craft Activity will be in support of the library's annual One Book One Peninsula program. In October and November, we will have seasonal themed crafts.
