Event Type: Books and Authors
Age Group(s): Adults, Teens
Date: 7/11/2017
Start Time: 6:00 PM
End Time: 7:30 PM
Description:
What are “the rules” and when is it okay to break them? Let’s look at recent examples that fly in the face of conventional literary wisdom. When does rule breaking work? When does it fail? Armed with the knowledge of why we break and bend these rules, this discussion will celebrate literary rebellion and incite a bit of it in our own writing with discussion and exercises.
