Annual Friends of the Library Book Sale and Library Open House

The Friends of the Mountlake Terrace Library and Library Board invite you to an Open House and Book Sale. Enjoy browsing for gently used great summer reads while enjoying light refreshments and getting to know library staff. Bring the family. Reading with Rover dogs will be on hand along with other children's activities.
***NOTE*** Book Sale from 10am-2pm
Open House from noon -2pm
Proceeds from the book sale benefit the Friends of the Mountlake Terrace Library who provide free quality library programming for the community.

Kids Read! Orientation

Want to earn volunteer hours this summer to jumpstart school requirements or college application points? Do you like children? Train to read to and with kids! We’ll teach you the ropes to gently coach young readers, and get the inside info about the Kids Read! program. This orientation is required to participate in Kids Read! Participants must be 14 years old by July 27, 2013.

Second Tuesday Book Group
