Mondays in July: 7/11 & 7/25 Please bring a yoga mat to every class. This class is for teens/tweens entering grades 5 and up! - Learn to slow down and increase awareness - Learn to use breath to find calm during times of challenge. - Learn to feel energetic through grounding, strengthening and balancing. - Learn to relax and restore both body and mind.
