 For Adults~With Art Therapist Lynn Cukaj~to process experiences related to parenting, particularly anxiety and frustration. An Art Studio approach will be used to experience different creative techniques in a non-judgmental atmosphere. Techniques include visualization, journaling and mindfulness.
