 In this seminar, presented by College Planning 101, parents will learn the following:
What are the differences are between the FAFSA and CSS Profile financial aid forms and how they affect the cost of college.
What financial aid really means to a family and how need is determined. Parental and student assets that take away from qualifying for financial aid will also be discussed.
How the financial aid system works and why it’s important to have your expected family contribution (EFC) calculated before your student visits colleges.
When a parent leaves this seminar, they will understand the federal and private loan programs and how case studies show how college planning makes a difference.
This program is designed for parents of high school students. Seating is limited.
