Join host Eugene Ritchie in a discussion after viewing two TED talk speakers who will speak on a this topic. Professor Ritchie's mission is to provide a viewing, discussion, and inspirational forum for library members and the Somers Community of themed TED Talks designed for personal and professional growth. This program consists of diverse speakers with short presentations of 10 and 20 minutes long. Speakers will be Julia Dhar: "How to Disagree Productively and Find Common Ground" and Erez Yoeli: "How to Motivate People to Do Good for Others." The talk will be followed by light refreshment.
