 Feel connected to friends and neighbors, learn from experiences and viewpoints of others, and make new friends. Social isolation is a significant cause of depression, which can lead to physical inactivity, illness, injury, reduced functional independence and even suicide. OASIS trained volunteers conduct a monthly peer-led discussion group to connect 50+ adults with resources, information, and social contacts that can helps them better cope with life’s transitions. Topics are interactive and open to all. Topics are centered on mental/emotional, social/ community, and physical wellness. Come join our discussion with great topics and light snacks.

1 session each month for one hour. The program is ongoing.
