 Filled with unique and colorful stories and illustrated by exquisite photographs, St. Louis Browns: The Story of a Beloved Team is destined to become the definitive source for the team's splendid history: the good, the bad, and the ugly.

The authors are members of the St. Louis Browns Historical Society and will be providing a brief history of the St. Louis Browns filled with many memories of the team, its key players, as well as sharing actual memorabilia, and video clips from the teamís 52 year history in St. Louis including the 1944 World Series played against the St. Louis Cardinals. It is a time for many former Browns fans to relive memories and share them with family and friends as the authors take everyone back in time with this heralded book containing over 300 vignettes of baseballís golden years that is illustrated with over 600 wonderful photos of players, the game, and associated memorabilia. This book with a foreword by Bob Costas has become the definitive resource on the St. Louis Browns. The event should be an evening of reliving and sharing memories of this one time baseball team and the city of St. Louis in which they played.
