 Author Patrick Doering is a police Lieutenant and skilled hostage/crisis negotiator with the Lake Saint Louis, Missouri, Police Department. Doering will discuss his passion for crisis negotiation what led him to write his book, "Crisis Cops: The Evolution of Hostage Negotiations in America."
