 Learn how to stretch your budget at the grocery store and enjoy great tasting, healthy foods every day of the week. You will leave this “virtual” grocery store tour with key skills such as comparing unit prices, reading food labels, and deciding when to buy fresh, frozen or canned fruits and veggies to get most nutritional bang for your buck! Each participant will receive a $10 grocery store gift card. Recommended for ages 15-35.
