Ruth Idunn (Ruthie) specializes in mycorrhizae and beneficial fungi for the offices of Fungi Perfecti. Her educational focus in college was on Environmental Sciences and her love of the natural world and passion for gardening has led her down the path of sustainable agriculture and mycology. Ruthie lives in Olympia, WA and spends her free-time hiking/backpacking, photographing fungi in the old growth forests, gardening, kayaking, and longboarding around town with her husky, Zeus.
