Group singing is one of the most ancient technologies of belonging. Especially after over a year of keeping away from one another, this is a potent opportunity to come together to give ourselves the neurochemical and emotional reboot of making beautiful sounds together.

Community songleader Ian Carrick is reinvigorating our culture with singing. Somehow we've mostly forgotten that singing together is our birthright. After a decade of searching for accessible forms of community-based music and recovering his own voice, Ian founded Open Hub Singing in 2016 after discovering a widespread North American cultural revival of aural tradition singing.
