Join a guided tasting of unaged and aged whiskey. Ages 21+

This is an in-person program. Registration is required. Meeting instructions will be provided to all registrants.

Visit Oregon Spirit Distillers for a guided tasting of un-aged and aged whiskey. Learn about the process of distilling and how barrel aging influences the color and flavor profile of a spirit. Then you will sample a mini Old Fashioned cocktail with award-winning bourbon made onsite as you take in a view of the production facility and copper still. There will be time for questions and visiting the onsite bottle shop.
