 Food is a necessity of life which should be nutritious, affordable, and culturally appropriate for all.

This is an in-person program. Registration is required. Masks are optional at all in-person library events.

Join us for the evening at Arome learning how to create healthy and well-balanced meals on a budget. With food costs constantly rising, it helps to be able to stretch your dollar with recipes that will appease your palate and keep your body healthy and full.

Alex Schultz is the Retail Store Manager of Arome here in Redmond. He is a gourmet food enthusiast who graduated from California State Polytechnic University of Pomona with a BS degree in Hospitality Management. Alex managed restaurants and kitchens for over 26 years where he learned many cultural food techniques and recipes. He enjoys learning and sharing his passion for food with everyone.
