Set some summertime intentions through yoga & candle-making. Ages 16+

This is an in-person program. Registration is required.

At this workshop, we'll focus on creating shared sacred space through breathwork, movement and mindful intention setting. There will be a gradual transition from personal to group experience-- we will begin on our mats and in a more private space; Our sense of community begins to build as we move synchronistically in breath and yoga, cultivating a safe & sacred space where there is room for healing and empowerment. You will leave feeling connected to the community around you and with a momento of your time-- an all natural soy wax candle created and designed by you, for you!

Workshop Includes:
-A dynamic yoga flow
-Breathe work & meditation
-Sensory savasana experience
-A personally curated candle (60-hour burn time)

Kaija Marshall is a yoga instructor, birth & postpartum doula and holistic workshop facilitator. She earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from San Diego State University in 2015, her 200 RYS Yoga Instructor certificate in 2016 and her Birth Doula & Postpartum Doula training in 2019. She currently serves growing families as a doula all over Bend. Before moving into the perinatal sphere, she worked at Girl Scouts San Diego as an Evaluation Specialist, Camp Counselor & Outreach Program Leader, all while moonlighting as a nanny for families in San Diego county. She firmly believes in the purpose of play, and seeks to encourage mind, body & soul connections through movement, productive dialogue and authentic connection. She believes that data synthesis and gut feelings both have a place in decision making-- this is also reflected in her background: a unique mix of higher education & holistic training-- and this foundation allows her to help folks bridge the gap between institutional & instinctual knowledge to a place of understanding.
